Photo albums! We are happy to customize orders for any kind of special event, just check out our event-specific photo albums for birthdays, holidays, graduations, school events, military celebrations, baby showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, weddings and bridal showers, anniversaries (also includes reunions and memorials), sports events, and corporate/charity functions. We promise to provide creative and delicious treats, together with a reliable and flexible delivery service. We want to help make your event special!
Plan 1: Delivery! This Doctor still makes house calls.
We deliver in Colorado Springs (review our Policies and Pricing)! Nominal delivery charges will be added for deliveries outside our normal delivery range (standard delivery is $15). Deliveries to Manitou Springs, Monument, Gleneagle, Black Forest, Peyton, Fountain, and Falcon will incur an additional delivery fee of $2-$20, depending on mileage. We'd love to deliver everywhere, but we have to keep gas in the cupcake-mobiles! Deliveries to the USAFA are $50 per dozen, Fort Carson is $50 to the dozen (additional dozens are still $25). You may request the Cupcambulance for a specific delivery or appearance. Cuppy loves having his picture taken. ;o)
If you would like to receive cupcakes or other goodies in other amounts, just let us know and we will give you a fair price! We are also happy to add flowers, balloons, and other items to your cupcake gift deliveries. Please review our Delivery Policies page, and look over our Gifts portfolio for ideas on how to make your delivery even more memorable! The more notice we have, the better able we are to accommodate extra requests.
Plan 2: In-Store! The Doctor will see you now, at the office.
Pick out your cupcakes of choice in our shop at 3312 Austin Bluffs Pkwy! Because of our large menu, 8-15 flavors are available each day. To guarantee we have your faves, please call, Facebook, or tweet us in advance! Otherwise, same-day orders are subject to the availability of cupcakes in-shop. Check out our pricing and hours of operation. We also have a digital loyalty program, and regular trips to the shop will earn you free stuff!
Plan 3: The Mobile Clinic! AKA Coco, The Springs Cupcake Truck
She makes rounds all over Colorado Springs, and Coco is also available for your private or corporate functions, including weddings. Give us a call at 719-271-0990 to discuss pricing for your event! The cupcakes are all rolled in sprinkles by default, and are available on her route as $3 singles, $12 4-packs, $16 6-packs, and $30 dozens. She can take cash and credit on the road!
Plan 4: Group coverage
Delivery for large orders at special events (including weddings) will be priced at a level depending on the detail and demands of the request. The base cupcake price is still $28 a dozen, and includes basic nonpareils, sprinkles, and choice of liner color, as long as they are normally carried in our shop. You are welcome to provide sprinkles and liners that you find yourself as well, and we will use them for your project for no additional cost. We charge more for custom decorations (fondant, chocolate, or elaborate frosting/coloring work). We are committed to keeping costs low, while providing you with the best possible product and service. You can talk to some of our happy customers about our custom event treats, but you'll have to catch them in between bites. :o) Feel free to rent The Springs Cupcake Truck for your event as well! Any of our fleet will serve you well.
Because we do not inflate our prices for weddings, there is no reason not to tell us about your ceremony! Just call, set up a design appointment with The Doctor, and let us help you make it an event to remember. Tiers or towers can be provided for events. Tiers can be rented for $10, and towers can be personalized (with appropriate fabrics, flowers, ribbon, mementos) and set up for large events for a cost between $20-$60, depending on the location, size and details of the request. For large weddings/events the cost leans toward the $40-$60 end, because it can take more than an hour to set up your beautiful display.
